1. What does my rental include?

- All rentals include: Licensed crew (captain and mate), fuel, snorkeling equipment, towels, refreshment stock and others amenities. Your fishing yacht also includes a fishing guide, equipment to deep-sea fishing and bait.

- Crew.

- Fuel.

- Stock of drinks.

 

2. What if the weather its bad?

- Bad weather may cause port closures. Port Authority will inform The Cancun Yachts Clubs of any climatic inconvenient. Cancellation under this situation is free of charge.

- Refund your deposit back 100%.

 

3. What if I decide to cancel my reservation?

- We need at least 48 hour’s notice of cancellation. If you would cancel before this time you will be charged with 50% of the total rental for cancellation fee.

 

4. Menu selection on board?

- All your requests must be in advance. Our restaurant will prepare delicious menus for you to enjoy during your voyage according to your needs.

5. Beverage selection on board?

- Our bar offers a complete selection of domestic an international wines and spirits. Ask for details to our representatives and call + 52 (998-420-0548)

6. Can we use a wave runner while we are yatching?

- Of course! If you are intrepid and like to set yourself a drift from the yacht on a Wave Runner, you may do so at preferred rate. Ask for it in advance so we can have it ready to run!

 

7. Do you have pick up service?

- We have air-conditioned vans for your own comfort. Just ask for it 24 hours in advance and let us know where you are staying and room number. We will be pleased to take you to our Marina to aboard your yacht just on time.
